From the garden to the table

The products you'll find on the breakfast buffet and the ingredients used by our chefs in their delicious recipes - from antipasto to dessert and home-made preserves - are all of the very highest quality. Many of them come straight from the Batani Family Farm and from the mountain garden in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, and are brought to all our hotels within a few hours of harvest.
